Resource and Referral serves as the central enrollment registry to all eligible patrons seeking programs for their children and youth. Parents shall receive general information on available child care and youth options on the installation and/or in the surrounding community. Referrals are made to Child Development Centers, Youth Centers, Family Child Care homes, and youth sports on the installation and/or in the surrounding community.

Drug Demand Reduction (DDR)

Program to reduce substance use through education and awareness. Provides illegal drug use prevention education to service members and civilian employees; sponsors events and activities on base; and disseminates educational materials to military and civilian employees. Also serves Parris Island and Eastern Recruiting Region.

Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP)

Enrollment in the EFMP is mandatory (MCOP1754). The program is designed to provide assistance to service personnel with a family member who has special needs before, during and after relocation due to Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders.
