“No Rockers Down” is under the direct management of the Tri-Command Single Marine Progam. The new Onsite Manager is Shirley Martell and the Facility Manager is Jimmie Woods, Asst. Coordinator Tri-Command Single Marine & Sailor Program. No Rockers Down is  available for unit functions, Hail & Farewell parties and other special events.  We are located at the second barrack, building #1231 (E Barracks) at Marine Corps Air Station, SMP Liberty Center.
Every Sunday come to your Liberty Center and No Rockers Down Lounge to catch all the NFL games with NFL Sunday Ticket by DirecTV and enjoy our new football hours. Hot wing sales have been discontinued in NRD lounge on Sundays and will no longer be available; however the lounge will be open serving all your favorite cold beverages so come get your seat and cheer on your team to the playoffs.
The Marine Corps Air Station Single Marine Program Liberty Center is open 24/7, 365 days a year and is available for all hands, dependents and authorized DOD employees usage. |

 The Liberty Center
The Liberty Center is located on the main floor of the E Barracks. We have rec room furniture and pool tables, game tables, bar stools, a dart board and more. We are open 24/7, 365 days a year and is available for all hands, dependents and authorized DOD employees usage. |

Single Marines and Sailors meet first and third Wednesdays of each month to discuss your ideas and concerns to be effective in providing for your unique needs. SMP activities are open to all authorized MCCS SC patrons. |
