Online Educational Skills Building: The online Business Management and Leadership Skills training are professional, self-paced courseware designed to provide spouses with short, effective online learning opportunities to expand their base of knowledge in their personal and professional lives. YOUniversity: YOUniversity is a program being created with the military spouse in mind. While other courses offered by MCFTB equip the spouse with knowledge about the Corps and the military lifestyle, YOUniversity will be designed to enhance the spouses’ personal and professional development and overall quality of life.

4 Lenses: Four-Temperament Discovery is designed to teach you about human preferences and how this information can dramatically impact your professional and personal relationships. These workshops help people understand the different ways people learn, think, establish personal values and conceptualize. They expose in an interactive way, attitudes, wants, needs, preferences, desires and the probable motivation directing behaviors. It helps predict behavior in all aspects of interaction. It is a means of opening channels of communication across ethnic, gender and other human barriers.

Who Moved My Cheese?: This course helps people focus on changes happening around them and gaining skills that can help them thrive in a dynamic environment. During this course, individuals will complete a change assessment to reveal where their strengths lie and what they could do to improve to get better results. Participants will learn to use change as an advantage, focus on what is important and see change as an opportunity.

Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program (PREP): PREP provides couples with tools to enhance their communication and problem-solving skills. These tools are key for a lasting, healthy marriage.

Chaplains Religious Enrichment Development Operation (CREDO): CREDO offers retreats that help people grow toward increased functional ability, spiritual maturity, acceptance of responsibility, and enhanced readiness.

Spouses’ Learning Series (SLS): SLS provides Marine Corps spouses the opportunity to further their personal and professional growth through a series of workshops and online courseware.
