Key Volunteer Network is an information and referral network for Marine Spouses and families. The volunteers establish relationships with families of each unit via phone trees, newsletters and education or social events.
The main purpose of the Key Volunteer Network is to provide accurate information to the Commanding Officers, Sgt Maj and or family members. Training is offered monthly at the Air Station and Parris Island. |
| The Key Volunteer - |
- Is the spouse of a Marine in the unit.
- Must complete Key Volunteer Training.
- Serves as a communication link between the unit and its families.
- Assists in developing and maintaining a sense of community within the unit.
- Is a reliable source of information and referral.
