MCFTB provides educational resources and services to foster personal growth and enhance the readiness of Marine Corps families.
Our programs are supported at all major installations by Marine Corps Community Services MCCS through a MCFTB office staffed with a MCFTB Coordinator/Key Volunteer Trainer. The LINKS and KVN programs are supported almost entirely by Marine Corps spouse volunteer effort. |

| Theresa Thoma, Air Station MCFTB Director, and Ligaya Lowe, Readiness & Deployment Support Trainer, set up a meeting with the USO team leaders to inform them of changes within the MCFTB. While all of the Family Readiness Officers (FROs) for each of the units have not been hired yet, the USO was also informed about the newly hired MAG FRO, Ted Crandall, who will begin working full time and is solely dedicated to family readiness for the MAG. With Mrs. Thoma departing from the Air Station, it was necessary to keep them aware of the transition from Mrs. Thoma to Mrs. Lowe in regards to deployment readiness functions that they support and also aware that there will be civilian FROs who they will soon be working with from each of the units. |
